Everest Sherpa Land

On the arrival you’ll be welcomed by our representative who will be escorted to the hotel. And have brief about your trekking program and other related things. All the day during the trekking will be at a leisurely pace following wellworn paths. Although this trek is gentle by Himalayan standards, you need to be prepared to walk up some steep inclines at certain points during the trip. You will be travelling between Yeti Mountain Home lodges which will involve daily distances of an average of six to thirteen kilometres. There will be plenty of opportunities to take a short break, and most of the trekking will be in the morning so that you arrive at your next lodge in time for lunch. Afternoons are at leisure unless otherwise specified. The highest altitude at which you will trek is around 4,000 metres. You will only need to carry a small backpack, but this is a physically challenging holiday so if you are in any doubt as to its suitability, please speak to your GP as soon as possible. Each of the Yeti Mountain Homes lodges at which you will be staying promises spectacular views, traditional décor and a warm welcome. Each lodge has a dining room and an area with an open fire, and guest rooms have private facilities 2 with a hot shower. Water at the lodges is solarheated, so you may prefer to shower at the end of each day rather than the beginning. Despite their isolated locations, each has electricity and, to further cheers you, spirits and soft drinks for one hour each evening, usually from 6pm until 7pm during your seven-day trek.
Please ensure that you bring two passport-sized photographs with you along with PP copies, as these will be required for your entrance permit into the Everest Conservation Area.
